Workshop for teachers of the Alexander Technique

"In this workshop we will focus on our hands-on abilities. We will find variations of putting hands on in our classical chair and table work, and in teaching Alexander’s procedures. I would like to introduce what my teacher called "staying back", which is described in Freedom to Change by Frank Pierce Jones, in the paragraph Reflex Responses. We will look at how we can, through hand contact, support our pupils in their daily activities.
And I‘m very much looking forward to answer questions".

Workshop for pupils and teachers of the Alexander Technique

"In this workshop I would like to introduce and work with spirals. I would like you to have fun with improvised movements which can lead us to a dance performance. We will also explore how we can use the Alexander Technique in learning something new.
In addition we will work on how to use the Alexander Technique in daily activities. I would especially like to answer personal questions and issues".
